I hate the feeling of guilt/disappointment bearing down on your shoulders from someone else's feelings...i never claimed to be Mr. Right, but im trying my hardest, giving you my best.

Im so used to having a job that i make enough money where i can buy whatever i wanted and whenever i wanted. But that was before i had rent and any other type of expense. Now im living on my own in an apartment at school and have rent, electricity, and groceries to pay for. This is all pretty new to me and its been a harsh reality. The good news is, its been a very good learning experience for me. I find myself in situations like these and always pull through and learn more about myself and my life.

Im glad to have people around me that keep pushing me and encouraging me to keep trucking. Its been a wild ride and i finally feel like ive got my feet underneat my body and know where im going. It will take time to get fully back on my feet and back to how things were, but since i learn best from experience ive got no one to blame but myself and im ok with that. :) thanks for sticking by my side friends.

Winter Wonderland

Well 2009 is almost over and it's been one hell of a year. I'm not sure what happened throughout the year, nor do I really want to try and remember it all. I had a tonnnn of fun this year and I'd attribute that to how fast it went. I'm approaching graduation from college and it's pretty scary. 2010 is going to be an interesting year to say the least.

Things have been going really good for me and I can't even complain at the current time. Even though I don't have as much money as I'd like or free time to spend doing whatever I want, but I would NOT change a single thing that has happened.

This is only part 1 of my 2009 recap. Part 2 will be coming within 3 days tops. This is just a little taste. :)

Christmas pictures/videos will be coming soon as well so be looking forward to that!

Well, well, well...

looks like SOMEONE has the motivation to update his shit every once in a while! sooooo. here it is.

i'm back home for break and loving it just as much as hating it. its a shitty catch-22 that i'm finding myself in. I need to be home to visit my family because you never know when bad things happen to good people. I hate being home because I feel much younger than I am. I've found a girl that makes the gloomiest of days bright with sunshine. It's a great feeling and I can't get enough...like Michael Jackson or Smashmouth. but anyway.

School is almost over, even though I have no idea what I'm going to do after college. Culinary school...Music industry...dead end job? who knows. we'll see what happens. time will tell i suppose.

just got done watching the "finished" version of X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

i hated it.

i dont even know where to begin to be honest. i'll start from the workprint. yes, i watched the workprint with the unfinished effects. i gave in and i didnt really think of it as i was watching a movie a month before it came out. to me it was a behind the scenes look at how a studio works with green screen and removes wires from characters flying through the air. i was more focused on the effects than i was the story line or anything like that. so when i finished the movie was in awe because i couldnt wait for the effects to be done and see the final product. the story was decent and i finally got to see my favorite xmen Gambit on the big screen (he was a little douchebagish but he redeemed himself IMO).

so after watching the workprint and getting to the theater thursday night at 11:45 (friends were saving seats for me) i was expecting to see an amazing movie. well shit on my chest i was wrong. here's the experience:

previews: AMAZING. UP looks awesome, Ice Age 3 looks funny as hell, Transformers 2...HOLY HELL! it looks so awesome!, Terminator Salvation...need I say more?, Night at the Museum 2...ehhh. looks funny.

the movie: i enjoyed the story line and the progress of the character development. what i didnt like was all the nonsense of the movie. they introduced way too many characters to just gain more people to see the movie. the characters were introduced, seen on the screen for a few minutes, and then GONE! no reason. then comes the visual effects. this deserves its own section.

visual effects: in my high school we had a video production class where we made short films. well a part of the class worked on animation and visual effects working with green screen etc. What i saw in the movie was no different than what I saw in my high school. If my high school had the budget that Fox had for this film, we would have been able to outdue this movie hands down. there were so many scenes that lose all meaning because of the shitty visual effects. you can CLEARLY tell that most of the scenes were just thrown together to get the movie finished. it seemed Fox spent way too much time promoting the movie and trying to find the "pirate" rather than finishing the visual effects.

such a shame. the dark knight was a huge step up for him in his career. just think of what he could be doing now. but do you ever wonder how the dark knight would have done if he was still alive? and how different the movie would be?

its so crazy to look at the pictures from the movie and watch the movie and completely forget that the joker is a fictional character. heath did such an amazing job. let's hope that he became someone's role model and they follow in his footsteps.

happy new year!

i know..its a day late and a buck short....story of my life.

i've legitamently been busy so sorry for the lack of updates. but...with that being said, the posts are just beginning.

i worked every day of break (just about) and of course i had to get sick eventually. turns out it was the last week of break...go figure! just my luck. well.

im going to be cleaning up my room here and beginning to pack my car for the trip back to school tomorrow. I have to be there at 4 so i should be making a video post sometime after then.
